No Special Characters in Alt Text

When typing out alt text, be sure not to use special characters. The two that will cause severe rendering issues are > (the greater than symbol) or ” (a quote mark). These characters are used in the creation of HTML, so they will actually close out your HTML tags, and leave code showing in some Email clients.
